Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of NUMEN, operated by ZENTARA BRANDS LIMITED. Read them together with our Privacy, Cookies and Refunds policies.
Who can use NUMEN
You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your login details secure and provide information you are entitled to share. Do not use another person’s account, bypass access or usage controls, automate abusive requests or interfere with the service.
What NUMEN provides
NUMEN uses symbolic systems and AI for personal reflection and the practice of conscious creation. Blueprints, Advisor replies, Connections and Creation Level are interpretive tools: they can be incomplete or mistaken and do not establish facts about you or another person. Creation Level is not a scientifically validated score. NUMEN does not guarantee manifestation outcomes and does not replace medical, mental-health, legal or financial professionals. You remain responsible for your decisions.
Plans and usage
Guests and Free accounts share 3 introductory Advisor questions in total; these do not replenish or reset on signup. Existing Free accounts keep their remaining introductory balance when this policy takes effect. Premium includes expanded features and up to 500 Advisor questions per day, resetting at midnight in your account’s time zone; unused Premium daily questions do not roll over. Previously purchased question credits remain separate, do not expire while the account remains open, and are used after any included allowance. Access depends on the selected plan and verified payment or an approved complimentary grant. Do not share a personal subscription or resell access.
When Premium ends
When Premium access ends after a trial or subscription, saved conversations remain readable and saved Creation Level progress is retained. New Advisor replies, memory updates and active progress tracking require renewed Premium access. Unused purchased question credits remain on the account; they do not by themselves reactivate the Advisor. Your Blueprint and Full Pattern Analysis remain available. You can still delete saved history or your account using the available account controls.
Payments, renewals and cancellation
The price, currency and billing period are shown before payment. A yearly plan is billed as a full year in advance, not as monthly instalments. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Use Manage Subscription in Profile Settings to cancel future renewals; access normally continues to the end of the paid period. A question pack is a one-time purchase. Account deletion ends linked subscriptions immediately and removes saved account content. Cancellation or deletion does not itself issue a refund; our Refunds policy and any mandatory consumer rights apply.
Your content and service changes
You retain your rights in the information you provide and permit us and our service providers to process it to deliver the features you request. AI output may not be unique. We may suspend misuse and make necessary changes for security, legal requirements or maintenance. We will communicate material changes to these terms or paid plans as required by applicable law. Service availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.
Your legal protections
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Hong Kong law applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law; mandatory protections and any rights to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction remain unaffected. Contact us first about a service or billing issue so we can investigate.
