Refunds & Cancellation
We honor refunds and withdrawal rights required by applicable law. Other requests are reviewed individually; NUMEN does not offer an automatic voluntary money-back guarantee.
Cancel future renewals
Open Profile Settings → Manage Subscription to cancel. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of your paid period and stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund the current monthly or yearly payment. Question packs are one-time purchases.
Request a refund or exercise withdrawal rights
Email contact@numenapp.ai with your account email, purchase date and the payment or invoice reference if available. Tell us which purchase you want to withdraw from or have reviewed; no card details or private chat content are needed. You do not need to justify a statutory withdrawal. You can also use any other method provided by applicable law. We will assess the request under the rules that apply to your purchase.
Your statutory rights come first
Some customers, including consumers in the EU/EEA, may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to applicable conditions and exceptions. Requesting immediate service does not automatically waive every withdrawal or refund right. Any legally required consent or acknowledgement must be obtained separately. Rights concerning a faulty or non-conforming service remain unaffected. We do not treat accepting the Terms, creating an account or merely using NUMEN as a blanket waiver.
Billing mistakes and approved refunds
Please report duplicate or unexpected charges promptly so we can investigate. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible, within applicable legal deadlines; your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. Tell us if you also want to stop renewal. Account deletion ends billing but does not submit a refund request.
